Once a week we organize a barbecue night by the pool. In the mornings we ask our guest if they want to join and take the orders. There are several options like chicken kebab, Adana kebab (special meatballs with chili), fish of the day and vegetable kebab for vegeterians.
We start the buffet of turkish mezes at about 20:00 when everyone is ready. We have more than 10 different mezes and garlic bread for starters. All of the startes are vegeterian. For the main course we serve chosen dish from chicken kebab, Adana kebab, fish or Vegetable kebab. For dessert we usually have turkish baklava with ice cream. After dining our guests and us usually come together and taste turkish music, talk about interesting topics.
